This pin is of an old personal character's icon based on the icons of the show ReBoot. The back was fitted with four NIB magnets. To keep them from attacking each other while gluing, I had to fit the front with cardboard and four opposing magnets. I prefer magnetic to pinning, as putting holes in certain things when wearing this with them could be bad, and neodyneums are fun to play with.
At least the front came out okay. I have a plan for one with an actual computer board I've already shaped for the purpose. It is from my old iMac of '98 I'd been meaning to destroy. First I should rip out the neato magnets from the harddrive!
Update: This piece was lost on Sunday the 20th while heading out for take-out. It's gone. I am working on a replacement, and I've perfected the technique and am using a better finish. I'm very happy that I got to wear it all around the ReBoot gathering though, even if such a sentimental item has been lost forever.

They both sit behind me begging to be photographed. Every time I try to though, my special lamp I use for all my sculptures cops out. I'm also working on a custom to-scale 5" Phong, by the way. His body was just finished the other day, ready to bake!
